Well, this had upsides and downsides. On the upside it was a great park to visit and hike around. It's a very nice green area with many trails. On the downside I lost the loop trail and ended up having to climb up and down a couple hills with the aid of my GPS to get back on the path. Then when crossing a stream I decided to walk onto a partially submerged rock instead of just saying screw it and getting my boots and lower legs wet. So... there went my D3 and 24-70 into the water. Subsequently sent off to Nikon for repairs. Yay for fully insured... but my backup camera was still sitting in Albuquerque!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
