Yes, believe it or not, I have taken up swingdancing. Of course though I always tend to have a camera around...soooooo

Things I learned

  • Hard to not get wacked while on the dance floor :)
  • Need to figure out a better way of lighting, possibly by increasing ISO (Nikon's foible)

20051225 Family Christmas

This time I came with 2 umbrellas powered by SB-800s on AA's (I got my Gearheads batteries a week later), happy with the lighting, I missed critical focus though a few times. I need an SB-800 mounted ON the camera itself for the more powerful AF assist.
